Strengthening of Leaseholder Protections
Thanks to MaZena for posting the link to the Gov.UK consultation Strengthening leaseholder protections over charges and services. Responses can be made on line or by email up to 26th September by clicking here. It reminds me to say that the SDSRA committee is working very actively to evaluate the substantial benefits to leaseholders of going down either the Right to Manage route or acquiring the Freehold. We hope to give full information soon.
SDSRA is Recruiting
Would there be 2 or 3 residents who might make it their task to look out for local events of interest to children, hard working adults, and geriatrics living here? There is a wealth of activity, and sadly a lot of it goes unnoticed. We would publish a regular calendar of upcoming events.
